    • Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN) is one of the common secondary glomerular diseases in children.There are numerous criteria for renal pathological classification of pediatric HSPN.The International Study of Kidney Disease in Children(ISKDC) is the most classic and commonly used while the Oxford Classification of IgA Nephropathy in Children is more comprehensive and promising.This review summarized different pathological classifications of HSPN in children and offered personal insights.
