Abstract
Autologous arteriovenous fistula is preferred vascular access for hemodialysis. And wrist radial artery-cephalic venous fistula has been the most commonly selected arteriovenous fistula surgery during clinical practices. The surgical approaches include traditional end-to-side,traditional end-toend,traditional side-to-side,modified end-to-side,modified end-to-end and modified side-to-side anastomoses. Through comparing various surgical approaches of wrist radial artery-cephalic venous fistula,the advantages and disadvantages of each were expounded. It served as a practical guide for clinical managements of wrist radial artery and cephalic venous fistula.
