Effects of healthy cardiovascular behaviors and related factors on patients with chronic kidney disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of ideal healthy cardiovascular behaviors and related factors on patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods According to the relevant standards of Interpretation of Clinical Practice Guideline for the Evaluation and Management of Chronic Kidney Disease,426 patients with CKD who were first diagnosed in The First Hospital of Jilin University in the period from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study objects.Their general information and laboratory data related to cardiovascular health behaviors and factors were collected.Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were used to analyze the effects of ideal cardiovascular health behavior and related factors on CKD patients.Results Age,weight,marriage,physical activity,diet and blood pressure were the factors that affected the condition of CKD patients.In the staging of patients with CKD,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Among those factors,weight,physical activity,diet and blood pressure were the independent risk factors influencing conditions of patients with CKD.Conclusions Cardiovascular health behaviors and related factors are closely related to the progression of CKD.It is necessary to educate and guide CKD patients to cultivate healthy cardiovascular behaviors.
