    Integrated management of acute kidney injury

    • Acute kidney injury is a clinical syndrome that affects the clinical prognosis, length of hospitalization and medical expenses of patients. It is a worldwide pandemic public health problem which threatens public health. In recent years, with the increasing awareness of diseases, studies on AKI have increased significantly and made remarkable progress in early diagnosis, pathogenesis, prevention and treatment, which provides a new direction for improving the comprehensive management of AKI. This article will focus on the integrated management of AKI from the aspects of the definition, epidemiology, pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of AKI, as well as the current situation.
