Abstract
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has become a serious chronic disease threatening human health. In most cases, the disease is often accompanied by a variety of diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular diseases, thus increasing the complexity of treatment. Hypertension is one of the main complications of chronic nephropathy. Strict blood pressure control can delay the deterioration of kidney function and reduce cardiovascular events. Good self-management can help CKD patients achieve the standard of blood pressure, thus delaying the progression to end-stage renal disease. With the development of information technology, it is possible to teach and manage patients with CKD remotely.
