Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of different blood purification methods on diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 88 patients with diabetic nephropathy maintained in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group (n=44) and the control group (n=44). The control group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemodiafiltration, and the observation group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion, nutritional status, insulin resistance, inflammatory response and quality of life in two groups were compared. Results The nutritional status of the observation group after treatment was higher than that before treatment and in the control group (P<0.05); Before treatment, the FPG, FINS and Homa-IR in the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of FPG, FINS and Homa-IR decreased in the two groups, and the observation group was more significant than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors such as CRP, TNF-α, and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P>0.05). After the treatment, the CRP level of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the level of TNF-alpha and IL-6 between the two groups (P>0.05). After one year follow-up, the scores of life quality indexes such as physiological function, physiological function, social function, mental health and energy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Hemodialysis and hemodialysis Combined Hemoperfusion have significant effect, but hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion can improve the nutritional status and insulin resistance of patients more effectively, and then improve the quality of life of the patients.
