    Applications and prospects of single-cell RNA sequencing for renal disease researches

    • 摘要: 科学家们通过单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing,scRNA-seq)技术对疾病发生、发展过程中不同细胞所发挥的独特作用认识越来越深刻。scRNA-seq方法也正逐渐应用于肾脏疾病研究领域。本文将介绍scRNA-seq技术的发展,并总结scRNA-seq技术在肾脏领域的正常细胞图谱的绘制和肾脏相关疾病中的发现,提出scRNA-seq技术应用于肾脏领域研究的难点和前景。

       

      Abstract: Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq) technology is expanding our understanding of cellular mechanisms in the occurrence and development of renal diseases. This review described the latest advances of scRNA-seq technology, summarized the cellular atlas of healthy kidney and the discovery of renal-related diseases and proposed the current limitations and future prospects of scRNA-seq technology for renal diseases.
