    补体C3在糖尿病肾脏疾病中的作用

    Role of complement C3 in diabetic nephropathy

    • 摘要: 糖尿病肾脏疾病是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一,是引起终末期肾病的主要原因之一。补体系统参与人体的先天免疫及适应性免疫,补体系统的三条通路在补体C3和C5交叉,补体C3在补体系统中占据中心位置,本文我们将对补体C3参与糖尿病肾脏疾病发病及进展的可能机制进行综述。

       

      Abstract: As one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes,diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the major causes of end-stage renal disease. Complement system participates in both innate and adaptive immunities of human body. Three pathways of complement system intercross between complements C3 and C5 and complement C3 occupies a central position in complement system. This review summarized the possible mechanisms of complement C3 involved in the pathogenesis and progression of DKD.
