    巨噬细胞代谢重编程在慢性肾脏病炎症损伤中的研究

    Reprogramming of macrophage metabolism and inflammatory injuries in chronic kidney disease

    • 摘要: 巨噬细胞是参与慢性肾脏病炎症损伤的重要细胞。巨噬细胞功能受局部微环境变化而改变的特征被称为巨噬细胞重编程。近年来,巨噬细胞重编程改变影响组织炎症损伤越来越受到重视。本文就认识巨噬细胞重编程途径以及影响巨噬细胞极化、影响慢性肾脏病炎症损伤的研究进展作一综述。

       

      Abstract: Macrophages are important cells involved in inflammatory damage in chronic kidney disease. The characteristic alteration of macrophage function due to changes in the local microenvironment is referred to as macrophage reprogramming. In recent years, altered macrophage reprogramming affecting inflammatory tissue injury has received increasing attention. This article reviews advances in the understanding of macrophage metabolic reprogramming pathways and studies that influence macrophage polarization and impact inflammatory injury in chronic kidney disease.
