    microRNA与糖尿病肾病肾小管损伤关系的研究进展

    Research advances of relationship between microRNA and renal tubular injury in diabetic nephropathy

    • 摘要: 糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病的主要微血管病变之一,也是终末期肾衰竭的最主要原因,但尚缺乏有效的治疗手段。研究发现,肾小管损伤与DN中肾脏功能的恶化关系密切,而microRNA通过调节炎症反应、氧化应激、肾小管间质纤维化、抑制肾小管上皮细胞的衰老等多种调控机制参与了DN发展中的肾小管损伤过程。本文就microRNA参与DN肾小管损伤的病理生理过程作用机制做一综述,为今后DN的治疗提供参考。

       

      Abstract: As a major microvascular complication of diabetes,diabetic nephropathy(DN) is a major cause of end-stage renal failure. However,there is still a lack of effective treatment. Renal tubular injury has been closely correlated with a deterioration of renal function in DN. MicroRNA is probably involved in the process of renal tubular injury during DN by regulating inflammatory responses,oxidative stress,renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis and suppressing the senescence of renal tubular epithelial cells. This review summarized the pathophysiological mechanism of microRNA during renal tubular injury so as to provide therapeutic references for DN in the future.
