微小RNA在糖尿病肾病发病机制中的研究进展

    Research advances of miRNA in the pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease

    • 摘要: 糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)是糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)引起的微血管并发症之一,是DM患者预期寿命减少的主要原因。现已明确DKD发病机制与细胞外基质积累、氧化应激、炎症反应、自噬等有关。微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)很稳定,可以在人的体液中检测到,作为肾脏疾病生物标志物获得了优势,并为肾脏疾病的诊断指标提供了补充。认识miRNA对DKD发病机制的调控作用,对DKD的诊治将有极大意义。本文对miRNA与DKD发病机制的相关性进行综述。

       

      Abstract: As one of the microvascular complications caused by diabetes mellitus,diabetic kidney disease(DKD) is a major cause for shorter life expectancy of diabetes mellitus(DM) patients.It has been known that the pathogenesis of DKD is correlated with an accumulation of extracellular matrix,oxidative stress,inflammatory response and autophagy.And miRNA remains quite stable and it may be detected in human fluids.As a promising biomarker for kidneys,it has provided supplements for testing indicators of kidney disease.A better understanding the regulatory role of miRNAs in the pathogenesis of DKD shall be vital in the diagnosis and treatment of DKD.This review focused upon the correlation between miRNAs and the pathogenesis of DKD.
