磷脂酶A2受体与肿瘤相关性膜性肾病的研究现状

Current research status of PLA2R and malignancy associated membranous nephropathy

摘要: 膜性肾病是成人肾病综合征的常见病因，常常导致终末期肾病，磷脂酶A2受体（phospholipase A2 receptors，PLA2R）相关检测可以辅助诊断特发性膜性肾病。近年来接连发现了PLA2R相关检测呈阳性的肿瘤相关性膜性肾病的病例，并且有研究表明PLA2R对于肿瘤有一定的调控作用，为了避免激素和免疫抑制剂导致肿瘤恶化，对于肿瘤相关性膜性肾病的正确诊断显得尤为重要，不可忽视PLA2R相关检测呈阳性的膜性肾病患者合并肿瘤的可能性，这对于患者的预后具有重大意义。

Abstract: As a common cause of nephropathy syndrome in adults,membranous nephropathy(MN) often leads to end-stage renal disease.PLA2R related testing may aid a definite diagnosis of idiopathic MN.In recent years,we have detected some patients of malignancy associated membranous nephropathy(M-MN) with PLA2R positive.And PLA2R could regulate the tumors.For avoiding worsening tumors through hormone and immune suppression,a correct diagnosis is vital.There is a possibility of malignancy associated membranous nephropathy with PLA2R positive.It has great prognostic significance.
