生物标志物在IgA肾病诊断与预后分析中的价值

    The value of biomarkers in the diagnosis and prognostic analysis of IgA nephropathy

    • 摘要: IgA肾病(IgA nephropathy,IgAN)是世界范围内常见的原发性肾小球肾炎,也是导致慢性肾脏病和肾功能衰竭的主要原因。其病因与发病机制至今不明,目前临床上诊断该病最可靠的方法仍然是肾活检。由于存在侵入性损伤风险,肾活检通常未作为监测临床病程或预后反应的一种手段,因此亟须寻找准确可靠的无创性生物标志物为IgAN诊断和预后提供帮助。本文就近年来关于IgAN新发现的生物标志物进行分类并将研究现状进行综述,包括最新的组学技术在IgAN诊断和预后判断中的应用。

       

      Abstract: Immunoglobulin A nephropathy(IgAN)is the most common primary glomerulone-phritis worldwide and the main cause of chronic kidney disease and renal failure worldwide. Its etiology and pathogenesis are still unknown,and the most reliable method for clinical diagnosis of this disease is kidney biopsy. Due to the invasive risk,renal biopsy is not usually used to monitor the clinical course or prognostic response. Therefore,it is urgent to find accurate and reliable non-invasive biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of IgA nephropathy. In this paper,we reviewed the classification and current research status of newly discovered biomarkers in IgA nephropathy in recent years,including the application of the latest omics techniques in the diagnosis and prognosis of IgAN.
