氨基酸代谢组学技术在肾脏疾病的研究进展

    Research advances of amino acid metabonomics in renal diseases

    • 摘要: 肾脏是人体主要的代谢器官。氨基酸是蛋白质的基本成分,也是人体重要的代谢物质。近年来研究发现,氨基酸在多种肾脏疾病的病理生理发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。氨基酸代谢组学通过检测不同肾脏疾病患者体内氨基酸谱的变化,帮助对疾病做出早期筛查和诊断,指导后期治疗及预后。本文旨在系统综述氨基酸代谢组学在肾脏疾病中的应用现状,探讨氨基酸代谢组学技术在肾脏疾病的临床应用价值。

       

      Abstract: Kidney is a major metabolic organ of human body. Amino acids are not only the basic components of protein, but also important metabolites in human body. Recent researches have demonstrated that amino acids play an important role in the pathophysiological development of various renal diseases. Through detecting the changes of amino acid spectrum in patients with different renal diseases, amino acid metabonomics may help to make early screening and diagnosis of the disease, guide later treatment and predict clinical outcomes. This review summarized the applications of amino acid metabonomics and discussed the clinical value of amino acid metabonomics in renal diseases.
