急性局灶性细菌性肾炎研究进展

Research advances of acute focal bacterial nephritis

摘要: 急性局灶性细菌性肾炎（acute focal bacterial nephritis,AFBN）被提出已有四十余年,但目前并无关于该病系统详尽的研究。目前已发表的研究多为涵盖患者数量较少的病例报道,且基本集中于儿童。但作者在临床工作中发现,近些年AFBN在成人中越来越常见,为提高临床医师对该病的认识,减少误诊及防止不必要的侵入性外科手术,本文就作者的临床工作结合详尽的文献阅读对AFBN研究现状作一详细综述。

Abstract: Although acute focal bacterial nephritis (AFBN) has been proposed for over 4 decades,it lacks systematic study. Currently most published studies have recruited only a small number of patients and focused upon children. However,in clinical practices,AFBN is becoming more and more common in adults in recent years. For the purposes of improving clinicians' understanding of disease, minimizing misdiagnosis and preventing unnecessary invasive surgical procedures,the authors reviewed the latest research status of AFBN in detail.
