Abstract: As an important component of innate immunity,complement system is widely distributed in humor and cell membrane. Participating in the pathogenesis of many diseases,activated complements cause pathological kidney injuries through pro-inflammatory responses,regulation of renal tubular epithelial cell apoptosis and necrosis. Targeted intervention of complement-relating renal lesions shall contribute to the treatment of kidney disease and improve the prognosis of patients.
