    Hippo信号通路与急性肾损伤的研究进展

    Research advances of Hippo signaling pathway and acute kidney injury

    • 摘要: 急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是临床常见的急危重症,发病率高、病死率高、严重危害人类健康,已成为全球公共卫生问题。其发病机制尚未完全明了,尚缺乏有效的治疗手段。河马(Hippo)信号通路是一条调控细胞增殖、分化、凋亡的信号转导通路,已被证实与肿瘤的发生发展、心血管疾病的血管重塑、干细胞的增殖分化有关。新近研究发现Hippo通路在AKI中也扮演着重要角色,本文将围绕Hippo信号通路及其在AKI发生发展中的作用做一综述,以期为AKI的防治提供新思路与新方向。

       

      Abstract: Acute kidney injury(AKI) is an acute and critical illness with high morbidity and mortality. As a serious threat to human health, it has become a global public health hazard. The pathogenesis of AKI is not fully elucidated and there is still a lack of effective treatment. Hippo signaling pathway is an essential signal transduction pathway involved in regulate cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. It has been proved to be associated with the occurrence and development of tumors, vascular remodeling of cardiovascular diseases and proliferation and differentiation of stem cells. Recently it has been confirmed that Hippo signaling pathway plays an important role in AKI as well. This review described Hippo signaling pathway and its role in the development of AKI provide new insights for preventing and treating AKI.
