    糖原合成激酶-3β在糖尿病肾病中的研究进展

    Research advances of glycogen synthetic kinase-3β in diabetic nephropathy

    • 摘要: 糖尿病肾病发病机制复杂,糖原合成激酶-3β在其中发挥着重要作用。糖原合成激酶是体内诸多信号通路的参与者,在糖尿病所致慢性肾损伤过程中,参与了肾小球足细胞、系膜细胞、肾小管上皮细胞等的损伤过程,本文就糖原合成激酶-3β在糖尿病肾病中的表达和作用机制进行综述。

       

      Abstract: The pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease(DKD) is rather complicated. And glycogen synthase-3 plays important roles in many signaling pathways in body. For chronic kidney injury caused by diabetes, it is involved in the damage process of glomerular podocytes, mesangial cells and renal tubular epithelial cells. This review discussed the expression and mechanism of glycogen synthesis kinase-3β in DKD.
