SGLT-2抑制剂的肾脏效应及其分子机制研究进展

    Progress in studies on renal effects and molecular mechanism of SGLT-2 inhibitors

    • 摘要: 近年来,糖尿病肾病的发病率日益提升,随着病情的发展最终可能会导致肾衰竭,所以在降糖的同时保护肾脏尤为重要。钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2(sodium-glucose co-transporter 2,SGLT-2)抑制剂是一种新型的降糖药物,在降糖的同时对糖尿病患者的肾脏具有保护作用。本文简述了SGLT-2抑制剂的作用机制,并将近几年的一部分关于SGLT-2抑制剂对肾脏功能的影响研究做一综述,同时总结了一些可能涉及的慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney diease,CKD)病因的基础研究的观点,也为SGLT-2抑制剂治疗CKD提供了研究新思路。

       

      Abstract: In recent years,the incidence of diabetic nephropathy has been increasing.With the development of the disease,it may eventually lead to renal failure,so it is particularly important to achieve renal protection while lowering blood glucose.Sodium-glucose co-transporeer 2(SGLT-2)inhibitors are a novel hypoglycemic drug,which has protective effect on the kidney of diabetic patients.In this paper,the action mechanism of SGLT-2 inhibitors was briefly described,and some studies on the effect of SGLT-2 inhibitors on renal function in recent years were reviewed.At the same time,some basic studies on the possible etiology of chronic kidney disease(CKD)were summarized,which is purposed to provide a new research idea for the treatment of chronic kidney disease with SGLT-2 inhibitors.
