Abstract:
Objective To investigate the current status of hemodialysis in our hospital by analyzing the hemodialysis registration and the results in 2018.
Methods According to the requirements for hemodialysis registration, the clinical data of those patients undergoing HD in our hospital from January 1st,2018 to December 31th,2018 were collected and statistically processed and analyzed,by utilizing the Hemodialysis Intelligent Data System. Some of the data were also compared with those in 2008 and 2015.
Results There were total 552 patients during 2018,with an increase of 103.7% over 2008 and 6.4% over 2015.Diabetic nephropathy was the first primary cause accounting for 42.6%.98.2% of the patients had permanent vascular access, including autogenous AVF 61.2%,AVG 5.1% and PC in the central vein 28.1%.The mean of dialysis adequacy(Kt/V)was(1.7±0.3),which was significantly higher than that in 2008 and 2015,with statistical difference between the two(
P<0.05).The normality rate of kt/V was 96.5%.The mean hemoglobin(Hb)was(102.7±12.4)g/L which was similar to that in 2008(
P>0.05),which was lower than that in 2015(
P<0.05).70% of the patients had blood calcium(Ca)2.1~2.4 mmol/L,28.3% of them had blood phosphorus(
P)>1.78 mmol/L,25.5% of them had intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)150~300 ng/L.The annual mortality in 2018 was 5.8%,and among the death causes malignant tumor accounted for about 34.4% and cardiovascular mortality accounted for about 28.1%.
Conclusions From 2008 to 2018, the number of HD patients in our hospital had been increasing year by year. In 2018, the control rates of Kt/V, Hb, blood calcium and parathyroid hormone of HD patients in our hospital reached the level of developed countries.
