腹膜透析治疗急性肾损伤的研究进展

摘要: 急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury，AKI）是一组极具危害的临床综合征，表现为肾功能快速下降，伴高发病率、高致死率。肾脏替代疗法（renal replacement therapy，RRT）是治疗AKI行之有效的方法，主要包括体外血液净化以及腹膜透析（peritoneal dialysis，PD）。PD在AKI的应用常常被忽视。本文就腹膜透析治疗急性肾损伤的研究进展进行综述。Abstract: Acute kidney injury(AKI)is an extremely hazardous clinical syndrome characterized by rapid decline of renal function, with high morbidity and mortality. Renal replacement therapy(RRT) including in vitro blood purification and peritoneal dialysis(PD) is an effective method for the treatment of AKI. The application of peritoneal dialysis in AKI is often overlooked. The article reviews the research progress of peritoneal dialysis for treatment of acute kidney injury.
