肾缺血-再灌注损伤的致病机制及治疗方法的研究进展

    Research advances in pathogenic mechanism and treatments of renal ischemia-reperfusion injury

    • 摘要: 肾脏缺血-再灌注损伤(renal ischemia reperfusion injury,RIRI)是一种涉及氧化应激反应、炎症反应、钙超载以及细胞凋亡的病理过程,它发病机制复杂,是导致急性肾衰竭、慢性肾脏病急性加重和肾脏移植术后影响移植物早期功能恢复和移植物长期存活的重要因素。由于RIRI具有高发病率,且预后较差,目前仍缺乏十分有效的防治手段,因此迫切需要寻找一种新的治疗方法。本文就RIRI的发病机制和最新研究的治疗方法进行一综述。

       

      Abstract: Renal ischemia-reperfusion injury (RIRI) is a pathological process involving oxidative stress, inflammatory response, calcium overload and apoptosis. It is an important factor leading to acute renal failure, acute exacerbation of chronic kidney disease. Due to the high incidence of RIRI and poor prognosis, there is still a lack of effective prevention and treatment methods. So it is urgent to find a new treatment. This article reviews the pathogenesis of RIRI and the treatment of the latest research.
